Did a phone interview first, then an in-person interview. Both of these interviews were with the CFO. HR was supposed to attend the in-person interview but missed it so I was asked to come back again to interview with HR. In the first in-person interview, the CFO actually talked quite extensively about politics and our current white house administration. Politics should be keep out of job interviews! HR was unprofessional and not-trustworthy.
They made me an offer that was considerably lower than my requested salary expectations. Their benefits package is very limited and frankly cheap. I negotiated and the rescinded the offer.
