CCAT test, Profile screen with lots of time to ask about Lindus, task with interview, and then I assume a meet on site.
Recommend the option of looking up what a CCAT entailed prior to taking the test, if you don't know what it is then you will feel the pressure (50 questions in 15 mins is daunting anyway!). Good chat with the TA lead, some competency items but the focus on the interview beyond housekeep was any questions around the LH business itself. Next stage was a task and interview with the People Director/VP. Deliver the task and chat on it.
They are all very personable, very lovely too and the experience was good, almost enjoyable! I sense this is how they want to and do work, and showcasing that is ultimately, the key thing in any interview process
