40mins after scheduled interview time, host still not letting me in on zoom. Checked online and seems like a mlm company and pyramid selling. Can't seem to find any reviews online as well apart from Linkedin but could be fake.

Interview
I was invited to two interviews. During the interviews they offerd two payment models one was a capped monthly wage and the other was a 100% commission based uncapped salary. During the interviews felt like they were pushing me to choose their 100% commission based salary. I told them that I would prefer the base salary over the commissions. I did not revive an offer, I am not sure if this was due to me not wanting the commission based salary, however the whole process seemed a bit sketchy and I did not read the best reviews about the company online.
