Very simple straight forward nice manager and easy to talk to. Does not make you feel uncomfortable like most other managers at other stores. Interview was short and straightforward which I really appreciated

Group interview style just looking for availability at the most. They aren't particularly interested in your previous skills. Just longevity of the position and social skills at minimum. There were a maximum of 3 questions addressing your hours and availability, your holiday schedule, and your openness for weekend times and then maybe one question asking about your past experience in retail.
