I was contacted by their HR person and asked to come in for an interview. Three-quarters through the interview the CEO walked in and sat down. The HR person told the CEO that I was a very talented writer. His response? "So you know the difference between there, their and they're?" Considering I have a Master's Degree, I would hope so. They made me a ridiculously low offer which I countered with no response. It was insulting and I would never work for a company with that kind of attitude towards a prospective candidate.

The interview process was simple. It involved emailing your resume over. A couple days later they responded and scheduled time for an interview. The actual interview was pretty casual and friendly.
