The interview process took 3 months. There were overall 6 rounds of interviews and one in-person interview. Most of the questions were about: Past Experience. Educational Background. Software Knowledge. FYI: Immigrants need to discuss their respective immigration status and requirements in the initial rounds.

Few stages interview might be very lengthy for some. Very informative and challenging, interviewer have well experienced. It’s a good company to work with to expand experience and knowledge in data center, life science sector which is a big industry as of now in APAC region.

Entire process took 3 weeks from recruiter call to offer stage. Mostly experienced based and what kind of opportunity you're looking for. First stage was with recruiter, second stage with the team lead, final stage was pretty formality.

Initial phone interview with Recruiter. Next step is technical interview with the hiring manager. My background and their clients matched and that is what led them to contact me. Our call was a naturally flowing conversation with a mix of prepared questions and follow-on based on responses.
