1.No time sense at all the interview panel was late but no courtesy to ask apologies. 2.Panel was suppose to be two but one more person was there who dint introduce who he is and why he has come as panel. 3. And no contact details of any person from the company not even HR(she) to tel what going on and to ask whether interview was conducted. All communication will be through mail and she will nor cal or give her official contact details it seems 4.The panel itself dont know what they are asking they will question us and when we answer they tel suppose even this information not provided.
They have their own company strategy of writing test artifacts which sounds totally stupid and the manager logic to calculate metrics . was really amazed why come people are working in testing when they dont testing . Folks please dont waste your time and energy in attending such idiotic interviews.
The leads were like puppets in managers hand and nodded head for whatever he tells. They dont even have guts to tel whats wrong and right in front of him.
