Linux Plus interview questions

One interview with the co-founder, he asked some management and other professional questions and IQ questions, the interview took around 30 minutes, although the position was technical team leader but he didn't ask any technical question

I received a phone call asking for current salary and expected salary for a project manager and asking if I can attend for an interview I attended , sit for 45 min in waiting lobby , then took a 6 pages application ( which was all situation questions but not logic , for example , describe in details who career experience ? I mean what!! is't the resume is there for that purpose ? who do i write it again , i wrote NA , the interviewer later asked why you didn't write , I answered that I sent my resume ahead as an answer )
