They give you an IQ test, then they make you do a 10 minute presentation on anything you'd like. They bring in other people to make the audience as large and intimidating as possible so that they see how you present under pressure. Then the manager will talk with you to try and see if your personality fits with the company and what you're expected to do. But she loves to talk and will end up talking about things completely unrelated to the job itself for a good 1-2 hours.
