The interview process was very straightforward. After applying online a select few are selected to answer a questionnaire regarding the position they are applying for. If the company likes your answers they move forward and schedule an in person interview. The in person interview was fairly laid back.

Interview
The recruiter found me on Linkedin and reached out for an interview. The interview was with the hiring manager who explained the role and asked me questions about what I was looking to do and whether I could do the job.
I had a phone interview and then invited for in person interview about a week or so later. The in person interview was conversational and friendly. I was asked about prior work experience.

Very straightforward but a few rounds. Make sure to be prepared and come with good questions. Nice interviewers who gave a lot of insight on the company. Somewhat talkative but also somewhat serious, make sure to bring a good mix of both.
