There will also be discussions on the candidate's experience, design thinking approach, and soft skills like communication and collaboration.
Design Challenge (Take-Home Assignment): Sometimes companies may provide a design challenge related to the position or a specific product/project. This allows them to assess the candidate's problem-solving skills and design thinking process firsthand.
Reference Check & Offer: Following the interviews, the company may conduct reference checks to get further insights into the candidate's work ethic and performance. Once they've chosen a candidate, they will extend a formal job offer.
