Lipscomb University interview questions

The interview process was simple. First interview in person with 2 people. Simple questions, especially if you have higher education experience. The second interview was a faith interview, which was with student affairs. More in-depth over your personal religious beliefs and the messages Lipscomb has on their website.

Interview was very conversational and friendly. Recruiter was very insightful and supportive. They shared a considerable amount of information and was open and transparent. It was a search that had been going on for some time. Understandably, the institution was most interested in religous affiliation and mission-driven motivations.
