Lipton Teas and Infusions interview questions

Unprofessional process, mostly stemming from the fact that the JD was not aligned with the actual questions asked during the interviews. Apparently looking for change agent & business translator as per JD, whereas the interview questions were fit for a Principal AI Engineer. No questions about business value, influencing, leadership. No real vision for using AI to grow the business or empower people. Got 2 email rejections when 1 would have been just fine.

Didn’t make it thru first round, questions seemed super specific to challenges of the role currently and not a broader view of the challenges the job could encounter in next 3 yrs. They were too specific without the greater background of the situation
