Good in the beginning, turned out to be awful/weird experience. Had a great conversation with the person I would be reporting to, then all of a sudden got a very odd and rude rejection message from one of the executives above the hiring manager that made absolutely no sense and honestly, they lost a very talented potential employee. Glad I didn't move forward, because I likely dodged a huge bullet working for this person! The person that runs this company needs to be monitoring his executive leaders in the company and how they are handling the interview process. They should require his other executive leaders to submit feedback on why the rejected who they did and also require them to CC the person running the company after sending messages to candidates. I have done a lot of interviews during my career and my experience interviewing here was hands down the WORST experience I've ever had.
