1st step: In-person general interview with a Director that presents me the company, goes through my previous experiences and ask me what I was looking for. 2nd step: In-person technical interview with a Senior Software Architect that explained me what they are looking for and asked me some general questions about what was in my CV. 3rd step: Got an offer from the Director
