Question 1
What do you know about Toyota/ listers and the job role itself?
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Listers (Solihull, England) in Jul 2025
Interview
Gruelling long interview process all the way in Solihull, where you’re being basically screened with another 60+ candidates. Process takes roughly 6 hours until they start cutting candidates - no food besides crisps actually offered through this ordeal.
Furthermore, feedback was offered at a later date, but never provided. I literally chased them via phone and email for over a week and nothing. Plain disrespectful and unprofessional, to say the least

The interview was very good and the manager was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend listers to any one looking to get into the car sales industry. Brad the Sales Manager was very enthusiastic and positive.
