Professional and well organized interview process. The team was prepared, asked thoughtful questions, and clearly explained the role and expectations. Communication was timely, and the overall experience felt respectful and engaging.
I interviewed with the Director of HR last Wednesday, and the conversation went very well. He mentioned that I would hear back by Friday or, at the latest, Monday regarding the next steps. However, I never received a follow-up. I reached out again the following Wednesday but haven’t heard back since.
It seems this may be a pattern, as a friend of mine also experienced the same situation with this company. What’s most disappointing is that the director specifically said I did great and that they would definitely move me forward—only to then completely ghost me without even the courtesy of a follow-up or rejection email.

Interview
I met with the Recruiter, Manager, and VP of Customer Success. The Recruiter was very professional and everyone was so friendly. I had many questions about changes going on at Litmos, and they were very transparent. I had some requests they accommodated. vey pleased with the follow up and overall interview process.
