Little Black Pearl interview questions

The two interviewers were not knowledgeable about what questions to ask. That made it difficult to present information to help the interviewers make a decision. There seemed to be a lack of knowledge about the latest educational advances eg. 40 minute period classes vs extra-municipal locations with 50+ minute classes. The questions were basic and lacked secondary and tertiary inquiry.
