Little Rapids interview questions

The interview process starts with a phone/virtual interview, and then moving forward you meet in person with members of the team. The focus is on ensuring that you understand the job responsibilities, and that your abilities meet those needs.

Received an email for an interview with a 2 hour noticed. Fortunately, they were able to reschedule in order to meet a more time-appropriate circumstance. Interviews were good, 1 phone call and 2 in persons. Got ghosted and called a week later (3 total weeks of interviews) to see what the progress of the position was. I was told by HR that I'd receive a call for another interview with them again. Got ghosted. It's been about 7 weeks. People seem decent and friendly, but the interviewing process is unprofessional. I was told it was a easy and fast process by HR, but actions speak louder than words.
