Very cheerful and casual. Made both parties feel very comfortable which created a healthy interview environment with open honesty. The director made sure that she would provide a position based on the requirements that were put in place.

I applied online, and received a follow up phone call within a few days. Interviewed with the Director and was offered the position a few days later because I had already accepted another position. It looked like a good program to work for.
