Interview
LivaNova’s Talent Acquisition team provides a very positive candidate experience. Communication throughout the interview process is clear and reassuring. The interview process is well-structured and professionally managed, with the TA partner coordinating efficiently to ensure a smooth experience.
It has been some time since I’ve encountered such an efficient and well-coordinated Talent Acquisition team. Overall, the experience reflects a company that takes hiring seriously and treats candidates with professionalism and respect.

Question 1
Questions focused on real life situations, reflections on past challenges, and how I approach problems. All stages of interviews felt purposeful and relevant to the role.
I interviewed with LivaNova for the same position in two different business units. First one, I went through 3 rounds of interviews, which I thought went very well, and got completely ghosted. Never heard anything. Then the same position came up for a different group, I went through 3 rounds of interviews, with the 4th and final step an in-person presentation that I got the heads-up for the day before and then nothing. Got ghosted yet again. They keep you in the loop if your still in the running but once they cut you, they drop you like 5th period French.

Interview
Interview process was extensive but quick. Met with 5 people and everyone was very nice. It was long only for the reason of coordinating the many folks who were involved. Would highly recommend them.
