Straight-forward. One panel interview. I received a response within one week regarding their decision.

I had an interview scheduled on zoom and the interviewer never showed up, I had to email them to tell them and they had to schedule ANOTHER interview. When I had my interview the guy asked me weird questions like what kind of animal would you be? This was for a financial role.
