I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LiveRamp (London, England) in Dec 2017
Interview
I applied through an employee referral. The steps in order were a recruiter phone screen, a 45 minute technical deep dive of my experience with a team lead, a 4 hour onsite interview, and a 30 minute phone screen with the team's product liaison.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Technical questions regarding resume points, coding a full application backend (with subparts to test algorithmic knowledge, data structures, application design, and coding style etc), Architectural design question (eg: how would you design a large social network system) and a technical walk through of the company's software design and tech stack.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LiveRamp (New York, NY) in Aug 2020
Interview
After I applied on LinkedIn, I didn't hear back for a few months and figured I didn't get the role. Then a recruiter reached out and said they would like to chat. Talked to a the recruiter for 15-30 min, then interviewed for an hour with the hiring manager the next day. A few days later I was scheduled to interview with 4 separate people, each for an hour doing technical questions. Technical stuff covered System architecture, basic algorithms in python while live coding, SQL/data model discussion while whiteboarding.
