I applied online. I interviewed at LiveRamp (San Francisco, CA) in May 2019
Interview
Don't know if I"m done with the process yet but so far I have seen a couple of things that really concerned me.
In my phone interview the interviewer was rude and kind of hung up on me when I said their salary level wasn't where I was looking at for a role of this magnitude. I was surprised I was asked to have a second phone interview.
The second phone interview went well but then I met in person with two other executive assistants. They were either already sold on another candidate, didn't know how to do interviews very well or were very uptight that day. They didn't interact with me, kept looking at their pre-prepared questions and were not engaging at all. Kind of a turn off for a candidate since I felt like I had to keep the energy going in the room and they presented like they had other things they wanted to be doing.
We shall see if I come back but it has not been overly impressive with the non-senior staff members I've had interactions with. It's too bad because the role itself has a lot going for it and they really do need someone strong in the position.

Application
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LiveRamp (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Applied for the position and heard back from the coordinator who helped schedule the meeting with the recruiter. The coordinator was extremely helpful throughout the interview process. Had an opportunity to speak with the lead recruiter, which provided more information regarding the role. Second interview was with two of the Executive Assistants. Both interviews were informative and pleasant. Was notified that I was not selected for the role, but they did share that they wanted to consider me for another role. Unfortunately, they needed to cancel the interview since the position was being held indefinitely. There was a slight delay in notifying me that I did not move forward (understandable since they were considering other candidates). However, having worked in HR with a recruiting team, I felt that their process was pleasant and respectful of my time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time you did not agree with a colleague/supervisor.
Set-up a phone interview using an automated platform. Once it was scheduled the recruiter cancelled and asked to reschedule.
The phone interview lasted 1 minute - the recruiter told me the role had just been filled and explained she wanted to tell me by phone. Actually it would have been much more courteous to just cancel the call altogether - saving me the time to prep and the trouble to block my schedule to take the call! Not professional.
Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm sorry it was not up to your expectations. However, I do agree with action taken by the recruiter who verbally reached out letting you know the position had been filled. We believe in a personal touch rather than an automated, impersonal email.
We do wish you the best of luck in your career search!
