They are not fair, discriminatory even.
They don't share any feedback.
They will offer 20-22 LPA max. They've been interviewing for the same role since the last 1.5 year and have barely hired people.

The recruiter ghosted me and didn't respond to my follow up, despite saying they were going to move forward with me. No rejection letter, nothing. The recruiting function is simply poor here.

Job was listed as remote but when I had my 1st interview, the recruiter said the posting was not updated. 3 days in office is a big difference from remote, so that was disappointing.
