I was emailed by the hiring manager to set up a phone interview. She called at the scheduled time and we spoke for about 20-30 minutes about my past experience in customer service as well as with social media. She then explained the next steps of the hiring process and told me that the pay is based on where I lived. She asked if I would be okay with getting paid minimum wage in my state and when I said yes, she congratulated me on joining the team.
