Interview
The interview process was very smooth. I had a phone screen interview with recruiting. Then I met via the phone with the hiring manager first. Video conference meetings were scheduled with multiple people with whom I would be working cross-functionally. I had 5 interviews in the space of a couple of weeks.

I was coming from experience with a competitor and was asked why they should hire me because Lively is not trying to be another company like the competitor where I had worked.
