Very relaxed and spontaneous. There were some more guided questions, but overall it developed as the interview went on. No real scripted questions to prepare for in other words. Really just want to hear about you as a person.

The process took 3 weeks. I applied and was contacted very quickly about doing a phone interview. The phone interview was very casual with typical situational questions. The lady interviewing did a great job about teaching me about the company while also asking questions and learning about myself too.
