Phone screening then called in for a face to face interview. Asked to walk through skills and resume then a few behavioral questions. Behavioral questions involve describing the scenario in lots of detail and saying what you learned and what was the outcome. The interviewers were the two FS directors, then a 1 on 1 with another member of the department. The whole process was very invovled
