I applied online. I interviewed at LoadUp (Alpharetta, GA) in Dec 2025
Interview
6 rounds of interviews spread out multiple months, a bit crazy. Was told the position would pay 20-22 hr, not great but just getting out of college I reluctantly was okay with it. Keeping in mind I had multiple internships with better pay, I figured I may get towards the higher end of the range and that seemed to be the expectation throughout the process. I was also originally interviewing for a Tuesday- Saturday 9-5 shift, which not the best but hey it’s a job right?! So I get the offer after the 6 rounds and no call no text just a generic email with the offer letter, dissapointed to see it pays 19/hr. Keep going and the benefits are not that bad, 5% match, 3 weeks PTO, insurance etc etc. So I try to negotiate and they tell me that’s their best offer, and then they tell me I’d actually be working Wednesday-Sunday 10-7. Second thing they changed during the interview process. I got another offer days later and politely declined. I have to say to have a college degree and 2 internships to get a job that basically pay 38k/year before tax is ABSURD and to have 6 interviews for it is completely unnecessary. It would also have been better if there was some more transparency about pay and scheduling. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because of the benefits which are better than some.
I applied through university. I interviewed at LoadUp
Interview
The six-round interview process felt unnecessarily drawn out, particularly since it concluded without a single coding challenge. I expected a more technical assessment to justify such an extensive, multi-stage evaluation.

Question 1
After enduring a lengthy six-round process without a single coding challenge, I finally received an initial offer. However, they unexpectedly rescinded it shortly after, leaving me without any meaningful feedback
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at LoadUp (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2023
Interview
Mine was a two-round interview process. First with a recruiter, If successful, you move on to the next round. My initial interview with the recruiter went well, she was nice and told me a lot about the company. I got moved on to the 2nd round to meet with two people in management. I thought I did well but did not move on the next round. Maybe it just wasn't for me though. I know God had other plans,

Question 1
What's something that someone who likes you will say about you? What's something someone who doesn't like you would say about you? ( that was probably the hardest question, everything else was easy)
