Interview
LoanStreet was kind, courteous, and very quick with checking in during the entire interview process. They had a few interviews with fellow engineers, followed by a code project and panel interview about what you developed and the choices you made. The entire process took about a week and I was very impressed at the speed.

Asked to defend program choices and basic workflow.
It was a very fast and effective process. From introductory call with the recruiting team, 3 short follow up conversations with senior managers, a take-home quiz, and a 2 hour round robin, the decision was made right away and I was kept in the loop by the talent team the entire way through the process.
