I applied online. I interviewed at Lobos Management
Interview
Company did not advertise job under company name but instead had a basic generic name. Had a phone interview that was very informal. Was invited for in person but didn't like the vibes.

Interview
THE most unprofessional interview process you could imagine. Within 10 minutes of walking into the office in Greentree, I was offered the job. Was asked to come back another time to tour with (Ron) owner and we went in his car to tour units. We had agreed to move forward and I accepted an official offer but now offered verbally 3 times.
The offer required to pass a drug test and a physical to move forward with the job. There are only 2 places that offer both a drug test and physical at the same time so I drove 45 minutes to get this done. Passed. A start date was agreed upon after I gave my then-current employer 2 weeks' notice. After that no contact for a week and 5 days.
Then less than 48 hours before my scheduled start date, I receive an email from the owner saying not to come in on Monday. He said that I was not taking the job seriously as he saw me active on Indeed. All of that and I was the one not taking it seriously?!
Lets talk about Indeed. As an employer, you can choose to reach out to people looking for employment to see if they are interested in the job listing. The owner created fake Indeed accounts and was sending me job links to see if I would apply or reach out. What the owner didn't expect is that his name was also on the listing so I was often confused and didn't respond.
After some strongly worded emails back and forth, you could tell HR who was CC'd on the emails was calling him to beg him to stop responding. That's the last I heard from them. I turned down another offer to work for Lobos so I was then left without a job. Took a few months to find something after the holidays.
I consider this a blessing because if you work for this company I truly feel bad for you. Please stay far far away from this company!

Interview
I applied for one job and then was interviewed for an entirely different job. This was actually a company I really wanted to work for. The entire interview was spent with the person conducting it telling me how terrible the teams preform and how awful everything is. It went on forever and I actually had to give them a a hard stop after 2 hours. I was later followed up with a call that I would be getting an offer sent. The sent the offer and the first line said your get 3 paid holidays and I was hard no because I knew our culture didn't align.
