The Interview process was very informal. We mostly talked about past experience and the evaluation of the company (Local Zoom 29 P/29Prime). I have had a lot of sales experience and had no problem with the interview. However, the interview is entirely opposite of what the actual job is when formally presented. While interviewing you are shown around the different offices among the various floors of the building. After the tour you get to meet The Boss who sits behind his desk and asks further questions. None of the questions has anything to do with how to respond on the phone. Then you are led out of the building until your start time the following day or next Monday.
