Media Content Reviewer (English Speaking)
I recently interviewed with LocalEyes for a Media Content Reviewer (English Speaking) position.
The experience of interviewing with LocalEyes was unprofessional and a waste of time.
The process took 1 working week which began with a 30 minute Skype interview, a Skype prep call for a test 3 days later and a test for 3 hours on day 5.
LocalEyes were late for the the Skype interview on day 1, and late for the Skype prep call on day 4.
LocalEyes did not send me the links for the test to prep, that LocalEyes said they would until I had to go back to LocalEyes several times hours later to get them. On the day of the test - LocalEyes informed me that I had to download software the exact moment the test was supposed to begin. This delayed the test by 25 mins in total. LocalEyes written English was poor, LocalEyes paid no attention to detail and LocalEyes was totally disorganised and performed the recruitment task with nothing less than
Neolithic incompetence. Two working days later LocalEyes emailed me to say I did not pass the test. LocalEyes would not give any feedback. For someone who has achieved advanced level Trinity College London exams in Speech, Communications & Drama - the test was easy. At this point it was clear that LocalEyes hire people who do not know what they are doing and are clearly out of their depth.
I would strongly suggest to everyone to re-consider applying for a job at LocalEyes and to be very wary of all the bad reviews posted online about peoples previous experiences there.
