I would recommend everyone to go through the interview process's I really enjoyed meeting everyone When connecting with a new family, I like to keep the interview process simple and thorough so we both feel confident moving forward. Typically, it looks like this:
1. Initial Call or Video Chat – A quick 15–20 minute conversation to introduce ourselves, learn about your family’s needs, and see if we might be a good fit.
2. In-Person Meeting – A chance for me to meet you and your children, answer questions, and give you a feel for my personality and caregiving style.
3. Trial Session (if helpful) – Some families like to schedule a short trial (2–3 hours) so the children can get comfortable and you can see me in
