I applied online for the position and was aware that the position had a lot of applications. When my Resume was first accepted i had a provisional telephone call with Locstein's Careers department who were extreamly welcoming however the difficulty of getting a position shone through due to there exclusivity. I was then made aware that they would be doing a background check on me. After this process I was them brought in for an interview and over a 2 day period had an IQ test, Skills Test and a Personality Test, followed by the 1 on 1 interview with a member of the petroleum & commodities team. 3 days later i got the results and a decision.
