There are fake job postings to show hiring engineers for more investments into the company.
There questions that were asked in the interview were a college level questions. I answered all of them. Yet, The HR says I am rejected because I lack technical skills.

They will never get back to you after you submit the assignements , then they give thier hiring process to external agenices who calls you for the same profile . Properly structured Interview process. Really liked the culture at Locus. First round was the telephonic interview round, which I cleared, and then they called me on-site for F2F at their Bangalore office. Had breakfast with the employees. A typical startup culture with a fancy office. Two/Three rounds happened back to back. At the end of 3rd round, I was told that I did not get through. There was an open feedback which was given to me right away. Loved that! Hardly any companies do that!
