an initial email for scheduling your next screening phone interview, then a 15 minutes one-on-one interview with agent success manager. the interview was conversational and open discussion style. Then, finally, there was a 2 week long training tailored specifically for preparing the potential agents for the unique services Loftey offers to its clients

fine, it was fine, just fine, not great, not bad, just fine. too bad that the people who interview don't play a bigger role. I have to write thirty words and don't have anything additional to include. I worked there for almost a year, and think its an awful environment and company.
