Spoke briefly to the HR person before an interview with the new VP was scheduled. The interview lasted 45minutes and consisted mostly of them speaking about themselves, how the role was new to them and how they had gotten a promotion at their previous role prior to taking this one. It was a very self-involved interview and didn't create much confidence. 2 days later, I received an email with no feedback, simply stating they would not be moving forward.

Interviewed for 3 rounds, with individual employees. Went well but got ghosted, it's been a month and no one will respond, stay away, they don't know how to treat candidates. Very poor experience.

Interview
Asked basic questions about my past experience, and told me a lot about the future of the company. Overall sounded like an interesting concept and they seem to have a good 5 year plan, but definitely a newer company. I was a little turned off by the the times in which the emails were sent for the interviews, suggested to me the work/life balance wasn't there.
