I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LogicManager
Interview
After applying, an HR rep reached out to me via email to set up the initial interview. There were different time options available via an online calendar link. The interview took place over the phone and lasted about 30 minutes. At the end, I was asked to complete an assessment/personality test and given a few days to do so. The assessment took 30 minutes total.

Question 1
The assessment test was essentially an IQ test, with patterns, math, logic, analogies, vocab questions, etc.
The interview process included a screening interview, after which I was invited to submit a writing sample. Next, the recruiter directed me to complete a Career Aptitude Assessment Questionnaire. The questionnaire was basically a lengthy IQ test that didn't seem relevant to the job.

Question 1
Describe your background and interest in this company.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LogicManager in Dec 2021
Interview
The first interview was with the recruiter, who asked your typical screening questions. He then informed me that I would need to complete an aptitude test, and if I passed, I would have to complete an assignment prior to my interview with the hiring manager.
The test was pretty straightforward, and I was asked to move forward with a 4-step assignment that needed to be submitted before my scheduled interview.
It was a lengthy assignment, and they asked me to create a variety of assets that they could have technically used in their marketing operations. This didn't really sit right with me, but I was unemployed at the time, so I did it anyway.
My interview with the hiring manager was fairly normal, minus the logic question that really didn't seem necessary to the process. My issue was that she didn't once acknowledge or ask about my writing assignment. I finally asked her if she had seen it, and other than acknowledging that she had, there was no further discussion.
I got a generic rejection letter not too long after, but there were additional steps if I had proceeded.
The process is way too long, especially for a company of its size.
