Interview
Overall the interview process was well structured and the recruiter was responsive. I first had a 20 - 30 minute phone interview with the recruiter and, 3 days later, advanced to another 20 - 30 minute phone interview with a Project Manager. 2 days later, I received another communication from the recruiter asking if I'd be available for an onsite interview and scheduled this for the following week. The onsite interview consisted of three 30 minute sessions with the previous Project Manager I spoke with on the phone, a customer success manager, and a panel of 3 solution engineers. Everyone was very approachable and easy to talk to and their questions were what you'd expect for a project manager role. I quickly saw that the group in Austin works very closely and they treat one another like family. I did pick up that the work load was heavy and the company has a start up feel (which could result in longer hours to get up to speed).

Interview
Interview process was quick but thorough. There's a lot of interviews, but they work with your schedule, and they go quickly. Not a huge fan of taking the assessments, but also understand that it's a requirement.
A screening call with standard background questions about experience and what you are looking for, and then moved onto having to take the two-part assessment, cognitive and personality, and finally a 45-minute interview with an HR representative.

I submitted an application through the company website. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LogicMonitor in July 2018
The first round was a 30-minute phone interview with the recruiter.
The second round was taking an online assessment for skills and personality.
The third round was a 30-minute video conference call with the hiring manager.
The final round was an onsite interview with 4 different people across 2.5 hours. I met with two project managers on the team (each 30 minutes), a customer success manager (30 minutes), and then lastly with the hiring manager (60 minutes).
After the onsite interview, the recruiter followed up with a few additional questions.
