      Technical Account Manager Interview

      11 Jan 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Austin, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LogicMonitor (Austin, TX) in Nov 2015

      Interview

The interview process was quick with a few calls and in-persons: team member (Phone screen), hiring manager, VP and CEO. The CEO even met with me on a Saturday so I could do an in-person instead of a phone call from Santa Barbara. Very awesome culture and product. I'm fairly new so updates to come...

      Technical Account Manager Interview

      30 Mar 2016
      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at LogicMonitor (London, England) in Jan 2016

      Interview

The process consisted of a number of interviews (5 in total) mostly phone based with one of them face to face. Most of the process was relatively straightforward although the video call with the VP of Customer Success threw up some testing questions and scenarios. Final step was a call with the CEO which as well as being a nice touch gave a great insight into the culture of the business.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LogicMonitor (Austin, TX) in Mar 2015

      Interview

I applied for the opening online via the LogicMonitor website. It appeared to be a good fit based on my skills and experience. I was contacted via email the next day. An initial phone interview was scheduled for a day later. The phone interview was with an employee who was currently in the job I was interviewing for. It was very informal. We spent time going over my background and there was plenty of opportunity for me to ask questions about the company. A second interview was planned for a few days later with a hiring manager. We spoke for about 30 minutes. There was much discussion about working for a smaller company vs. a larger company, the pluses and minuses. About a week after the second interview I received an email thanking me for my time and informing me that I wasn't a good fit for the position. Although I didn't get an offer I enjoyed speaking with both of the LogicMonitor employees and believed their company would be a good place to work.
