Interview
Overall, it was a pretty straight forward interview process. No gotcha attempts or anything like that. Just looking to get a sense of what I brought to the table in terms of experience, how I'd handle clients, and a few questions about me as a person.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Logical Position in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview went very well and It was a very nice experience. I had enough time to say the values and skills that i can offer to the company. I also assure them that I will be a great addition to the team. Fortunately I was able to get the position I am applying for. This is a great opportunity for someone like me.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Logical Position (Lake Oswego, OR) in Nov 2017
Interview
This was an extremely negative experience. I was referred by a friend and made it through the final round of interviews. I was told I would hear in a month and a half... I waited, didn’t hear, reached out and was told another two weeks... Waited, didn’t hear, reached out. Then I was told they weren’t hiring after all - this was a LIE (confirmed by my friend who works there). Instead of being honest and saying they went with a different candidate, they lied. Logical Position lists two of their five company values as INTEGRITY and TRANSPARENCY - they are obviously not living by their values.
I'm really sorry about this experience and will investigate immediately. I know we had a January hiring class and the next one isn't until March. It may have been the case that the January hiring class was full. Either way, it should have been communicated to you better and I will get to the bottom of it. Thank you for your feedback.
