Interview
The interview was online via Microsoft Teams. There were three nurses and I from the East Campus. Lasted about 15 minutes. Didn't hear anything back. Went over the requirements and how I can contribute to their schedule. Asked a couple of questions related to the job and my experience.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Loma Linda University (Loma Linda, CA) in Aug 2023
Interview
I had a 15-minute interview with the nurse managers, which felt relatively quick and conversational. During the interview, they asked a few clinical questions that weren’t too difficult—they mostly wanted to assess my basic understanding and critical thinking. In addition to that, they asked me to talk about my previous clinical and work experiences, especially those that involved patient care, teamwork, or handling challenging situations. Overall, it felt like they were more focused on getting to know me and seeing how well I’d fit with the unit and their team.
