They call and give you a few options of dates/times you can come in for an interview. Once a time/date is agreed upon, you will get a confirmation of interview email along with directions for where to park. It's typically a panel interview with behavioral questions.

I had a 15-minute interview with the nurse managers, which felt relatively quick and conversational. During the interview, they asked a few clinical questions that weren’t too difficult—they mostly wanted to assess my basic understanding and critical thinking. In addition to that, they asked me to talk about my previous clinical and work experiences, especially those that involved patient care, teamwork, or handling challenging situations. Overall, it felt like they were more focused on getting to know me and seeing how well I’d fit with the unit and their team.
