I walked in, filled out and application and had a brief on the spot interview. I was hired that day. The interview was beyond basic and ended up being more about my personality than skills.

Simple process of getting a face to face interview and shortly after received a call and began training. Training was three shift, two as shadow, 1 as lead. Lead shift there was an elevator pitch and going over steak temperatures.
