Interview
They take you to a coffee shop, don’t buy anything, and lie to you about the training pay, potential for high commissions, and about opening your own office, while underplaying the horrible day to day work of the job itself

Interview
This is seriously the sketchiest place. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY. First of all and most importantly, when I was offered an interview, I specifically asked if this was a commission-based position since the job description said "sales/marketing/customer service." I was told no, it is salary from $35-45,000/year. In the 2nd interview it was laid out for me. COMMISSION. The only position that is not commission is the highest position of branch manager. My first "interview" literally took less than ten minutes. No real interview questions, only "are you punctual? Are you organized?" To which I replied yes, and that was that. I was expecting an experienced interviewer who asked real questions about the interviewee's goals/experience, etc. Nope. The 2nd "interview" was even more ridiculous than I would have thought possible. I went up to the office and was met by two chicks around my age (22) who then took me out of the building. We got into one of the girl's crappy cars and drove to a nearby hotel since they didn't have adequate office space to conduct interviews. One chick explained the position which is entirely SALES and GOING DOOR TO DOOR ALL AROUND HOUSTON while the other just sat there observing. Come to find out my "interviewer" has only been in the company for TWO MONTHS. I WAS INTERVIEWED BY SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY FOR TWO MONTHS. I was livid after leaving, reflecting on how much time I wasted. Also, the girl told me that the company isn't really concerned about their sales. They just want to get EVERYONE into management positions. The goal of the company is literally to train everyone from the ground up, promote from within, and within a year have that brand-new employee go out and start up their own branch, not even under the name of LoneStar, and start completely from scratch. ???? I should have listened to the other reviews about this company, so please take my advise and avoid this place.
