Interview
Filled out an application online, along with a personality test. Sent an email about the company being interested in meeting you. Called back and was told to come in for the next week. Went in and manager was very gracious, offered me a beverage. Waited about 5-10 minutes before interview started. Asked me various interview questions, and got hired on the spot. Scheduling for training followed this.

Interview
Got a job offer after the interview and never received a call back. Followed up twice & still nothing. Not sure what happened, but I just had to give up after exhausting all options. Ended up getting an email 2 months later saying that I didn't get the position. Very strange.
Had a great interview that resulted in a job offer but they never called me back & I followed up with them twice. A bit disappointed, but I guess it wasn’t meant to be.

About past experience as a server in various dining settings
Very easy - just asking a few questions about how you would handle customer service questions. Very easy interview process and the managers were all very nice - they want to see you succeed.
