1 short interview with a recruiter (15mn), rushing though a template (s) was reading , made me feel I was talking to a robot then 5 additional interviews , all the same !

what's your motivation? what's your salary expectations? what's your availabilities? so basic .... I am wondering how they select people at lonza honestly, their recruiter look so junior ....
