I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lonza (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2023
Interview
Process took so long that by the end I had a job offer in a different place, so I rejected theirs. HR was very professional. Site location was easy to find and centric.

Question 1
How I would handle different situations, specifically those related to culture and attitude.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lonza (Tampa, FL) in Aug 2024
Interview
I received short phone call. I was allowed to talk about my experience. The interviewer was not really interested in what I could contribute even though I have been in the same filed over 40 years and have been in management since 2015.
Interviewers were late, felt like they did not really prepare what they wanted to ask, whole process was about 20-30 min. Explained abit regarding how the lab works, was generally an ok interview.
Fair, there is 3 phases that you have to go through. Recruitment/HR, manager & associate director. Depending on if you pass each phase you will move forward. It takes roughly about 2-3 weeks to hear back from them.
