The interview process involves situational questions about potential experiences you might have if employed there. The panel was very informative and articulate but more important passionate about what they do. It was a great experience.
I applied to the job on indeed and was contacted less than a week later via email for an in-person group interview with one other candidate at their facility. They asked us each the same question in a snake order

Questions about your past experience with persons in crisis, what would you do before, during, and after a crisis situation, how have you managed past disagreements with supervisors, how might you teach the importance of diversity, a theoretical situation about if you would let a kid out who was screaming at you

Group interview, scenario based questions, knowledgeable interview panel of supervisors, allowed for follow up questions. Thoroughly explained the position details. Met other potential employees. Other applicants were there for the mission and not just a paycheck.
